Consumption Gauge Widget

Part of the Widget View guide.

The Consumption Gauge Widget interface allows users to create consumption gauge widgets with different timeframe and size information. It enables real-time visual tracking of utility or parameter consumption metrics relative to targets within a designated dashboard view.

Step 1

First, look at the top right corner of the interface. The View dropdown displays the pre-existing dashboard view inside which you are currently creating this widget. If needed, click the copy icon next to it to copy this View ID for sharing or reference.

Step 2

Provide an appropriate name under Widget Label, select a Widget Width, select a Widget Height, select a TimeFrame and choose a Background Color from their respective dropdown fields under Widget details.

You can also customize the gauge behavior by toggling the following configuration checkboxes:

  • Linear Gauge : Switches the visual layout from a standard dial gauge to a linear progress bar format.

  • Healthy On Below Target : Inverts the threshold logic so that keeping consumption levels below the specified target is treated as the optimal operational state.

  • show Target : Overlays a visual indicator line marking your set target consumption value on the gauge.
