Documents¶

Documents is a fleet-wide, read-only library pulling every document across every asset into one place — no need to open each asset individually to find a datasheet, drawing, certificate, service report, commissioning record, manual, or VFD SOP.

Navigate to Asset Management → Documents.

Searching and filtering¶

• Search by document title, asset name, or document type.
• Type chips (Datasheet, Drawing, Certificate, Service Report, Commissioning Record, Manual, SOP, Other) filter the list, with a count on each chip. Click All to clear the filter.

The document list¶

Each row shows the document's title, type, which asset it belongs to (click to jump to that asset's own page), when it was uploaded, and an Open action.

• Regular documents open their link in a new tab.
• VFD Standard SOPs entries — one per VFD asset that has a VFD Configuration — open the alarm-by-alarm SOP browser instead, the same one described in Docs Menu & SOP Browser.
