Asset Health¶
Asset Health gives every VFD asset a single 0–100 health score, shown with a plain-language breakdown of exactly what's affecting it — never just a bare number.
Navigate to Asset Management → Asset Health for the fleet-wide view, or check an individual asset's own Asset Health card on its Asset Registry detail page.
VFD only, for now
Asset Health currently scores Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) machines that have a VFD Configuration set up. Other machine types, and VFDs without a configuration yet, show a clear "not available" or "VFD not configured" state instead of a score.
Fleet-wide dashboard¶
- A summary strip shows how many assets fall into each band: Critical, Attention, Watch, Healthy.
- The table lists every scored asset, worst score first, with its top contributing factors so you can tell at a glance why a score is low.
- Click an asset's name to jump to its detail page. Click its score, band, or factors to open the full factor breakdown right there in a popup, without leaving the list — handy when you're triaging several assets in one pass.
- If some of your VFD machines haven't been configured yet, a "N VFDs not configured" badge appears next to the page title — click it to go to the Asset Registry and find them.
Score bands¶
| Score | Band |
|---|---|
| 90–100 | Healthy |
| 70–89 | Watch |
| 40–69 | Attention |
| 0–39 | Critical |
What affects the score¶
Every point deducted is traceable to something specific — there's no hidden weighting:
| Factor | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active alarms and warnings | Open fault conditions on the drive, weighted by severity — a Triplock costs the most, a Warning the least |
| Maintenance overdue | The VFD is signalling that a maintenance item (e.g. bearing lubrication) is due |
| Trip frequency trend | The drive has been tripping more often in the last 30 days than the 30 days before that |
A score with no active factors simply reads "No active issues affecting this score."
Per-asset Health card¶
On an asset's own detail page, the Asset Health card shows its current score and band, the same factor breakdown as the fleet view, and a View live dashboard link that jumps to the VFD's own dashboard for live parameters, condition monitoring, and trend charts.
Ask the assistant¶
You can also ask Enture's AI assistant directly — questions like "what's the health score for Compressor 1?", "why is it low?", or "which assets are in critical condition?" are answered using the same live data as this page.
