Bar Trend TD Widget¶

Part of the Widget View guide.

The Bar Trend TD Widget interface allows users to create a bar trend widget with custom timeframe, size, and graphing options. It enables visual tracking of historical or real-time parameter trends over specific intervals within a designated dashboard view.

Step 1¶

First, look at the top right corner of the interface. The View dropdown displays the pre-existing dashboard view inside which you are currently creating this widget. If needed, click the copy icon next to it to copy this View ID for sharing or reference.

Step 2¶

Provide an appropriate name under Widget Label, select a Widget Width, select a Widget Height, choose a Background Color, and select a Timeframe from their respective dropdown fields under Widget details. You can also define the Default Graph Type, input a custom Y - Axis Label, and toggle the Show Contrast Color checkbox if necessary.

Step 3¶

Scroll down to the Add Parameter section. Give your parameter a custom name under Label, choose a Workspace, select a Machine from that workspace, and choose the specific Params to map.

Click Add to save your parameter mapping down into the parameter configuration list table.

Finally, click Create.
