Banner Widget

Part of the Widget View guide.

The Banner Widget interface allows users to create a banner widget with different timeframe and size information. It enables high-visibility data callouts for monitored machine parameters inside a designated dashboard view.

Step 1

First, look at the top right corner of the interface. The View dropdown displays the pre-existing dashboard view inside which you are currently creating this widget. If needed, you can click the copy icon next to it to copy this View ID for your records.

Step 2

Provide an appropriate name under Widget Label, select a Widget Width, select a Widget Height, choose a Background Color, and select a TimeFrame from their respective dropdown fields under Widget details.

Step 3

Following stepd to do to add the params :

  • Scroll down to the Choose Parameter section.

  • Give your parameter a name under Param Label, choose a Workspace, select a Machine from that workspace, and choose the specific Params to track. You can also specify a Multiplier, select a Processing method, and enter the data Unit.

  • Optional toggles for Enable Value Formatting and Enable Battery Mode can be checked if needed.

  • if enabled the battery mode then it will display in battery percentage (visual) .

Step 4

Scroll to the Choose Color Break Points section to set threshold rules. Define your numeric ranges using the From and To fields, pick a corresponding display Color from the dropdown menu, and click Add to save each threshold to the configuration table.

Finally, click Create.
